My First-Hand Experiences with Noopept: A Comprehensive Review
Compared to other nootropic reviews, there are comparatively fewer Noopept reviews out there. I’ve been using Noopept for the last 30 days, and I thought others might find a comprehensive review useful, and maybe even learn from my experiences.
This is a detailed review of my Noopept journey— what it did for me, how I felt and the pros and cons of using this supplement. If you’re considering taking Noopept, I hope this review will provide you with useful information, so you can decide if this is the supplement for you.
How I Got Started
I thought I’d give Noopept a try because of the many positive things I heard about it from other users. It is also easy to dose—with the recommended dosage being 10mg to 40mg a day. While this range may seem low, the effects promised are impressive and definitely worth a shot. These are some of the benefits of taking Noopept that stood out to me.
- Improved short-term and long-term memory
- The ability to articulate thoughts more clearly and precisely
- Keeps the groggy, sluggish feeling, also known as brain fog at bay
Keep reading to find out if I experienced these effects or any others.
How I Took Noopept And the Dosage
The recommended dosage for Noopept is 10mg to 40mg per day. I decided to begin with the lowest dose and started on 10mg for the first week. To be completely honest I didn’t feel a real difference. I’m pretty convinced that such a small amount of Noopept won’t do much for most adults.
In the second week, I increased the amount I was taking to 30mg per day. I split this up into two doses at breakfast and lunch (15 mg each). This was when I started to really notice a difference.
As soon as I took the dose, I felt a boost. It gave me a rush, and I felt the fog I usually experienced in the morning, lifting. I felt much more focused overall and did not feel the lethargy I typically experienced after my lunch break.
How It Impacted My Performance at Work
I experienced a significant improvement in my verbal articulation. I performed better at work and was able to answer any queries thrown at me by clients or colleagues with ease. I could also get my points across efficiently and concisely. I had the ability to articulate my thoughts better and sound smart. I started receiving more positive feedback, and my clients were genuinely impressed with how knowledgeable I was.
I also noticed an improvement in my memorization skills. Preparing for a presentation felt like fun, and I could remember everything I’d memorized. I could deliver it well and scored points with my boss. The one downside was that I got a bit annoyed with people who talked or moved slowly. Because I was operating at a higher level than others, I felt like everyone else was moving at a different pace.
Believe it or not, I actually started looking forward to going to work every day! I looked at every day as a challenge and tried to give it my very best. I felt like I was doing well in work and life, and this made me feel better overall.
How It Affected Me in Other Aspects of My Life
I felt much more social than I usually do and was able to strike up conversations with others, even complete strangers, easily. It also seemed like workers at coffee shops and other stores were friendlier since I stood up straighter and could articulate my needs better.
While I didn’t feel a significant change in my energy levels, I was able to find time to work out every day, since I finished my other chores quicker.
My Final Thoughts
Noopept has been promoted by some websites as a “miracle drug”. While it did improve my life in many ways, these claims are certainly overstated. I didn’t suddenly turn into a genius or have much more energy.
However, I did notice that I could think more clearly and articulate my thoughts in a better manner. I was able to retain information well, and my memorization skills improved. I performed exceptionally at work and got great feedback for it.
If you’re a working professional or a student, this will definitely help you. But if you’re dealing with other mental health issues like anxiety or depression, you may want to consider another nootropic.
That being said, this is a good all-around cognitive enhancer, and I was impressed with the results. I’m glad I gave Noopept a go and will continue to use it, especially since I didn’t experience any side-effects.
